How Meditation Helps Your Body And Mind

In this video I'm going to discuss how meditation helps your body and mind, and how it will improve your life in a myriad ways.

How meditation can save you money, improve your health, and make you happier in general while making you more present.

There is a big meditation misconception out there that you have to do everything perfectly, there are techniques out there but it's of my opinion that most of the meditation benefits you get from the practice is actually coming from the increase in deep oxygenation you get from better breathing and better posture.

It has helped me a lot with increases in energy on a daily basis, all that extra oxygen flowing through the blood stream.

I also feel way more clarity and lucidity in my thoughts, and I think part of that is that you're allowing your thoughts to come through your head but you're not reacting to them. Over a few weeks you start having a lot of very good ideas, and with the increased energy you actually have more energy to put things into action.
