3 Core Exercises with Sliders
Adding sliders (also known as gliding discs or gliders) to different exercises can easily upgrade and add challenge to your training.
Having a slider under a moving limb will make you engage your muscles more intensively by:
➔ Practicing a different weight distribution
➔ Work in a larger ROM
➔ Dragging the discs instead of lifting the limb
All of the above will lead to More core activation and challenge your balance and mobility.
