3 ROTATIONAL EXERCISES
Train some rotation for your core, shoulders and legs
Unfortunately, exercises involving rotational movement are not commonly practiced, even though they have many benefits.
So why are rotational exercises beneficial? They:
▶️ Combine movement in various movement planes
▶️ Integrate different muscle groups
▶️ Engage the core muscles thoroughly
▶️ Improve skills required for different types of sport
▶️ Good for the back when performed right
▶️ Puts in action many rotator muscles that tend to be weak because we do not train them enough
And more!
For more rotational exercises with full anatomical analysis and common mistakes to avoid, go to our Strength Training app under the exercises section.
