The anatomy & biomechanics of the Army Combat Fitness Test

This is a physical test made of six exercises (5 are strength exercises plus running). This fitness test is meant to improve the physical ability, create a fitness culture, reduce injuries, and work on mental toughness and stamina.

This is a great workout that stand on its own, and can also be a great inspiration for longer workout, such as HIIT or circuit training, or combined with progressions or modifications
