The Anatomy of CHALLENGING Tricep Extensions
Meet the Head Below Bench Triceps Extension.
As its name implies, it targets the Triceps Brachii by creating an elbow extension against bodyweight, and it engages the core muscles as well.
The kneeling variation shortens the lever and is a great way to understand the movement and strengthen the muscle.
If you want to increase the resistance, simply disconnect the knees off the floor and you’ll immediately feel the difference.
