Clockwork Squat Reaches

A really nice way to spend more time in your squat position and also get some variety and movement into your ranges!

If you can’t comfortably rest on your heels fully yet don’t worry, spending more time down there and shifting your weight side to side will be a great help.

Only do as much as you comfortably can, and take breaks where needed, but your aim long term is to be able to sit and mess about in your clockwork squat for 5 minutes at a time with no discomfort. But, if all you can manage at the start is 30 seconds - that's fine! Don't force yourself to do more than your joints want to, you'll improve over time.

Reach close, reach far, keep moving and see how your normal resting squat feels afterwards!
