Recovery Part III. Mass Cycle 3. Pull Ups, Squats, Dips, Bench Press, OHP, Rows

Currently in week 19 of Rehabbing shoulder, things are going better, but I'm not there yet. I can do weighted dips again, have less discomfort doing OHP / Barbell Bench Press.
Third Mass Cycle in a row, lots of volume!
