Hey Guys,

It's been quite some time since I posted a video on youtube. I was still working out, but had some months where I was a bit less motivated. I did not make videos and I was basically maintaining strength.
Anyway, Im back and training with proper volume again. These are some clips of my basic strength work, which is my main focus this cycle.
