Join me in my living room as we blast out the tough 12 minute AT Home LOCKDOWN Workout!

This is an advanced workout suitable for people with a high level of fitness or those that really want to challenge themselves.

It's 45 seconds work and 15 seconds rest for each move with six exercises repeated twice for a total of 12 minutes.
