PASTA SFOGLIA
1 UOVO
SESAMO

per fare questi salatini di zucchine e ricotta grattugiate le zucchine in una padella,aggiungere un cucchiaio di olio e cuocere per pochi minuti a fuoco forte.
Sale e pepe.
Se volete a questo ripieno potete aggiungere anche delle carote grattuggiate.
Far raffreddare e mischiareaggiungendo la ricotta .e ora siamo pronti a preparare la pasta sfoglia da riempire per creare questo antipasto di zucchine.
Aprire la pasta sfoglia che deve essere temperatura ambiente e distenderla.
Spalmare sulla pasta sfoglia le nostre zucchine e ricotta e tagliare a triangoli.
Arrotolateli delicatamente dalla parte larga e create dei croissant,delle sfogliatine o la forma che preferite,potete anche solo piegare a metà.
Spennellare con l uovo sbattuto e coprire di sesamo
cuocere a 200° per 25 minuti forno ventilato.

250 GRAMS OF RICOTTA

1 EGG
