3）锅留底油，把鸡肉煎至两面金黄
4）爆香蒜末，加入番茄炒着软倒入清水，1勺番茄酱、1勺蚝油、1勺白糖&少许水淀粉煮至沸腾
5）倒入煎好的鸡肉，快速翻炒均匀即可
6）出锅撒上葱花就好了❤️
