材料；600克魔鬼鱼、2个洋葱、2个去籽红辣椒、6瓣蒜、咖喱叶、3勺咖喱粉、1勺蚝油、100毫升清水

1）把鱼切块，热锅热水下锅煮至变色
2）热锅热油爆香蒜末洋葱，3勺咖喱粉1勺蚝油&100毫升清水煮至沸腾
3）放入咖喱叶&小米辣椒，鱼块炒至熟变色就好了❤️
