2）热锅热油，用小火炸江鱼仔变成金黄色，取出沥干油
3）锅中留一些油，放蒜末小米椒和洋葱爆香，打入3个鸡蛋翻炒，放入米饭继续翻炒
4）放入洋葱片，两勺酱油，少许胡椒粉，蕹菜，翻炒至蕹菜变软
5）最后放入炸好的江鱼仔，开大火快速翻炒就可以出锅啦
