How to stop overthinking

Overthinking keeps us stuck in loops of indecision. But what if you could break the cycle with a simple framework?

Next time you’re caught in overthinking, try this:

- Set a five-minute timer and write down everything you’re thinking.
Circle the three most important factors.
- On a fresh page, write only those three factors—nothing else.
- Based on just those three, what would you choose?
- Commit to one small action in the next day or two.
