Movement and Mobility Beginner Workout / 12 Minutes / Properly Built

Over the next nine weeks I'll be bringing you through nine workouts from the Elevate Video Series that have not been previously released!

All workouts are 12 minutes long, use only your body weight, and can be done anywhere. They will become more challenging as the weeks go on so be sure to keep up!

The first workout is called the Movement and Mobility Beginner Workout and has the following moves:

1. Step Out with Reach
2. Touch Ankle Twist and Reach Up
3. Knee Raises
4. Push-up Position on Knees and Reach Up
5. Hip Bridges
6. Four Uppercuts with Shuffle

REPEAT
