The Complex Update! Need Ideas for the Floorplan on the Tiny House and Other Units Almost Finished

The Complex is a 7-unit property I bought last year that was partially occupied and mostly a pile of junk. It needed a lot of work and has had a lot of drama come with it. We are making progress on most of the property but we are coming up on the final remodel. A tiny 400 square foot house that used to be a gas station.
