House Flip #211 Finished and 7 Offers Received on the First Day!

Another house flip finished! We have four under contract to sell including this one and we just sold another today so things have been busy! This was another smooth deal, at least so far. It was a simple rehab and a very low price point so there was a ton of interest in the home.

We bought it for $200,000, spent about $20,000 on the rehab, and listed it for $295,000. We had 7 offers and we will tell you what it sold for once it sells. We will probably do a before and after video on this house as well after it sells.
