homemade pizza tortilla-My favorite easy recipe

This is a tortilla pizza. I make it in the microwave. If you don't have an oven and can't make regular pizza or are kind of lazy and want to make something quick, I recommend the little tortilla pizzas. The secret is the plastic plate with ridges to keep the tortilla from getting stiff in the microwave. If you can't find the plastic plates I used in the video you can use a microwave crisper plate.

Also, I put tomato sauce on top, which keeps it moist.
I like adding garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and parsley flakes to absorb some moisture. You don't want it to dry or be too moist. This recipe is very flexible with the ingredients. However, I like the basics of cheese and mushrooms, and tomato sauce.
This is remarkably inexpensive, remarkably fast, and tastes very good. Is it as good as regular pizza? It's pretty darn close. My favorite easy recipe.
