improve 1 thing every day- a DIY self improvement system

It is good for mental health to be in control of your life. Engaging in efforts to improve ourselves helps foster a sense of control and well being. When I am successful at improving some area of my life I become more confident and competent.
In 2018 and 2019 I attempted to make a daily list of things I could improve every day in any area of my life and wrote them down in a journal. I have over 160 entries. Many of the ideas were never started or were stopped shortly after starting, but 10 to 15% have become a permanent part of my life.
I thought it would be a good idea to start coming up with ideas for self-improvement again and share them with you weekly which might encourage me to make them into habits and to inspire some of you to go on a similar journey.
