Don't buy a router plane! Build one instead.

Router planes are one of the most useful and important specialty planes for any hand tool woodworker. Unfortunately antique planes can be rare and modern planes can be really expensive. Fortunately router planes are one of the easiest planes to make yourself and end up with something very precise... especially when you buy the parts from @Paul.Sellers !

In this video I build the Paul Sellers router plane following his plans but with a few minor changes. Namely, I show a way to attach the handles at an angle which makes them more comfortable to grip.
