The format for this six pack workout is simple. You have 1 minute to complete 3 different abs exercises, 10 reps each. As soon as you finish with the 30 reps you can rest for the remainder of the time. After 1 minute is finished we'll repeat those same exercises again for another minute – rest when finished. Finally, we'll complete those same sets a 3rd time for another minute then we'll take a 30 second rest and move on to the next complex ab exercises. Just follow along on screen and you'll find that it's pretty simple.

The exercises for this workout are listed below:

Lower Abs — 1 Minute on the clock to complete 10 Reps. Repeat a total of 3x (3 minutes).
0:20 Reverse Crunch + Extension & Abduction
1:20 Alt Single Leg Rev Crunch + Toe Touch
2:20 Hip Lifts
👉🏽 Repeat 2 more times

Rest 30 Sec

Upper Abs — 1 Minute on the clock to complete 10 Reps. Repeat a total of 3x (3 minutes).
3:55 Butterfly Crunch
4:55 Tabletop Tuck
5:55 Alt Cross Crunches
👉🏽 Repeat 2 more times

Rest 30 Sec

Obliques — 1 Minute on the clock to complete 10 Reps. Repeat a total of 3x (3 minutes).
7:25 Oblique V Ups R
8:25 Oblique V Ups L
9:25 Spider Crunches
👉🏽 Repeat 2 more times

Rest 30 Sec

Finisher - No rest between exercises
10:55 Plank - 30 sec
11:25 Plank Hip Dips - 30 sec
11:55 Plank Alt Reaches - 30 sec
12:25 Plank to Dolphin - 30 sec
