House Flip #222 Update! Horrible Hard Wood Floors, Adding Bedrooms, and they Found our Windows!

We bought this house flip in May and we are finally getting to work on it! We have had a lot going on with other flips, rental properties, multifamily properties, and more. Another delay we have been having is getting supplies for our flips. We had to wait a couple months for the windows on this house and then Home Depot lost them. They did find our windows and we have been able to make some progress!

This house is very old and could have some amazing hardwood floors but they have been destroyed by dogs. In fact, 2 layers of hardwood floors were destroyed by dogs! We are having our hardwood floor guy look at this house again but I do not have my hopes up for being able to save them.

We have also made decisions on the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen situation which was very weird when we bought the property.
