I bought this house directly from the seller a month or two ago. He had contacted me because of a yard sign we had in another house we were working on in the same town. We talked and were able to beat out a couple of other investors he had talked to. The house needed some love but we are making g a lot of progress! The new kitchen cabinets are in, flooring is partially in, windows are mostly in, and the doors are in. There is still a lot to do but we should be finished in a month or so.
