You won't need any equipment for this KILLER 20 minute 6 pack abs workout. This total core workout will target your lower abs, upper abs, obliques and core.
In this NO REPEATS ab workout you'll work hard for 30 seconds followed by a short 10 second rest. Concentrate on good form, keeping your lower back flat on mat and core braced, especially during lower ab exercises such as leg lifts, flutter kicks, etc.
And remember, the secret to six pack abs is good nutrition combined with a caloric deficit diet and exercise. You can do ab workouts every day, but if you're not putting the same effort into your nutrition then you'll have a difficult time shedding enough body fat to reveal your abs.
