What did I do to Become a Millionaire with Real Estate in the Very Beginning

I get this question all the time and while I have talked a lot about my early career in real estate I have never gone over the exact details. I talk about my early life, college, my part-time real estate career, starting as a gopher, an agent, and flipping houses. I hope this helps people understand a little bit about what it took and how long it took!

Real estate has been an amazing business for me and made me a millionaire many times over but it was not easy by any means to get started!
My dad helped along the way but he did not give me anything or hand me the business. It took me about 5 years to become somewhat successful and me finding my own niche. That niche was selling REO properties as an REO broker.
