BANGUS ALA POBRE | SUPER SARAP PAMPULUTAN NITO GRABE!

Bangus ala Pobre is a Filipino dish similar to Bistek Tagalog but using milkfish instead of beef. Where the milkfish is fried and simmered in soy sauce, lemon juice, and garlic. But I made my own version of Bangus Ala Pobre. This savory quick-fix dish is extremely delicious and will rule your table. This dish is perfect with steamed rice and great for pulutan.
Ingredients:

1 large size milk fish
5 pieces kalamansi
1/2 tsp salt
seasoning granules
ground black pepper
8 cloves garlic
cooking oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp liquid seasoning
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch, diluted in 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup water
butter, sliced thinly
NOTE:
COOKING IS ALL ABOUT YOUR TASTE. JUST ADJUST ACCORDINGLY. 🙂
