HOW TO COOK CREAMY CHOPSUEY

I'll show you how I cook my version of this creamylicious chopsuey! Hope you could try it and let me know in the comment section!

Here are the ingredients:

6 cloves of garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
300 grams chicken breast, bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 pieces sayote
1 large carrot
1/4 kilo baguio beans
1 small sized cauliflower
1 medium sized cabbage
1 piece red bell pepper
1 tall can evaporated milk
1/2 cup coffee mate
1 piece chicken broth cube
1 tsp fine black pepper
fish sauce to taste, adjust accordingly!
NOTES:
📝Preparation time 20 minutes
📝Serves 8-10 person
📝You can add boiled quail eggs, and you can also use chicken liver as well.
📝 To each his own. This is my way of cooking and I hope you could respect it.
