Here are the ingredients:

3/4 kilo of chicken
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup banana catsup
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 cup calamansi
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 can pineapple juice, 240ml
2 tbsp brown sugar
fish sauce to taste, adjust accordingly!
