TORTANG TALONG PATTIES | BUDGET-FRIENDLY, HEALTHY, AND YUMMY ULAM!
This Tortang Talong Patty is deliciously healthy, a budget-friendly dish you can serve for the whole family. It only consists of a few ingredients to make this but the outcome is very satisfying. You will end up having extra steamed rice especially when you dip it in ketchup or soy sauce with kalamansi and chili. Try this at home and let me know in the comment section.
Here are the ingredients:
5 pieces talong
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped finely
3 pieces kamatis, chopped
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 sachet ginisa flavor seasoning
4 pieces large eggs
2 tsp iodized salt
1/2 tsp black ground pepper
1 tsp paprika, optional
cooking oil for frying
NOTES:
📝 You can also grill and peel the skin of the eggplant.
📝 This dish cost 100 pesos
📝 It serves 8-10 persons
