Flow Friday #9 Single Kettlebell - Beginner to Intermediate
Welcome to Flow Friday #9
Today I'm bringing you a beginner to intermediate Flow. These are some "simple" moves added together in complex way increasing difficulty. I hit this one with my 64 year old dad...

Remember, respect the bell and move with intention. Start with lighter loads until you learn each movement before you explore heavier loads.
Once you have learned how to do it throw it into a quick burner, challenging yourself on weight. Complete5 sets of both right and left and rest for 30-45 seconds between each.
