Hannah Eden's Kettlebell Flow Friday #12

We are back and this week we have a beginner to intermediate single kettlebell flow.

Check this tutorial out. Learn how to do it and then slap it into the workout described below!

Workout description starts: 05:05

◦ Staggered stance swing
◦ Staggered Stance Row
◦ Single Arm Clean
◦ Single Arm Thruster
◦ Swing Switch x2
◦ Single Arm Snatch
◦ Reverse OH Lunge
◦ Kneeling press
◦ Switch sides

Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes [10 sets total] complete both right and left side.
