Kettlebell Flow Friday #13

Here's a basic but fun one for you!!

Learn the flow first and then check out the workout below!!

- 1 Double KB Bent Over row
- 1 Double KB Clean
- 1 Double KB Swing
- 1 Double KB Snatch
- Pull to Front Rack
- 1 Double KB Lunge Left
- 1 Double KB Lunge Right

Once you understand the movements try throwing it into this ladder workout.

Start with 1 rep of each then increase 1 rep to each move every round. Like this...

Round 2:
- 2 Double KB Bent Over Rows
- 2 Double KB Cleans
- 2 Double KB Swings
- 2 Double KB Snatch
- Pull to Front Rack
- 2 Double KB Lunges Left
- 2 Double KB Lunges Right

Round 3:
3 reps of each so on and so forth till you reach 5 reps of each. You can choose to stay there or you can challenge yourself to climb back down: 4,3,2,1!

Whatever you do HAVE FUN and maintain INTEGRITY within your form.
