Sculpt and Shred Full Body [At-Home]
Hi fam, it's Christine Bullock today with a sculpt and shred workout. Sound brutal? It's a bit of a challenge for sure, but when you start seeing your results, you won't regret it. The pain is nothing compared to the end product.
Today, I am using a set of 2-pound weights. You can also use anything 5 pounds and under. I also have gliders with me today, but if you don't have any, it's okay! You can also use towels in their place. If you don't even have towels handy, you can follow me without using the gliders and still feel the burn!
