Long, Lean and Tone Workout with Jeanette Jenkins

Hey all, Jeanette Jenkins here with a long, lean, and toned workout. This workout is a hybrid of some of my favorite yoga and pilates moves. Listen to your body today. If you need to take a break, don't push yourself too hard. You'll do better each time you work with me in this video!

I'll provide modifications for beginners out there. Some of these moves can be a little tough, but these mods are great if you're just starting out with these types of moves. You'll still feel the burn today, even if you take the easier route, so still make sure to give it your all!
