5 MIN OBLIQUES WORKOUT (NO EQUIPMENT) LOVE HANDLE WORKOUT
If you're looking to build a stronger core and get abs fast, you'll have to focus on more than just your six-pack muscles.
Your obliques, which run along the sides of your core, are super important. The external abdominal oblique muscles are actually the largest of all your ab muscles — so if you ignore them your core routine will be far from efficient and effective.
This quick 5 minute oblique workout targets your obliques to help slim your waist (lose love handles), frame your abs and to help you develop v-cut abs.
Add this quick obliques workout to the end of your workout or do this on its own 2-3x a week to see results fast!
