Low Impact Cardio (At-Home Exercise)

Caroline Pearce here, showing you a workout that won't put stress on your joints. The impact is light here, but the results are heavy. We'll be moving fast, so make sure you're prepared for some cardio and burn some calories!

We'll be doing 10 exercises, which are 60 seconds each. We're going to start out with stepping jacks to build up our pace. Eventually, we'll move on to squat pluses, then go on to do some ground work. Lastly, we're going to do some marching to wrap it all up. If you can make it through all of this, you'll burn tons of calories while strengthening your heart.
