Hi guys! So excited to be back to uploading training content!!!

Here is a challenging, but awesome leg day workout to target your Glutes and Quads! This is one of my favorite workouts to get that crazy contact in both your glutes and quads in just one session. This is a great way to show you how you can work glute training into your other lower body days without the overkill so you are able to train them multiple times a week! I also love me some quads and this will DEFINITELY give you what you need to see some definition there! Give it a go and let me know what you think!!

OUTFIT DEETS:
outfit - Alphalete
shoes - Nike | Adidas power lift 3.1 for leg press (better for stability when pressing aka keeps my feet from sliding)
Knee Wraps for leg press- no idea! sorry! They were a gift. Can find them probably on Amazon or in your local sports store. ————————————————————————————

WORKOUT:

1. Constant Tension Hip Thrust + 1/4 rep
4 sets X 10 reps
2. Bulgarian Split Squat
4 sets X 10 reps ea. leg
3. Leg Press + Drop Set
10,10,10 + 6,8,10,12
4a. Leg Extensions 4 sets x 12 reps
4b. Seated Hip Abduction 4 sets X 20 reps
BURNOUT
1. Wall sit X max X 2
2. Incline Glute Bridge + Abduction
1 set X 100 reps
