We're back with a summer sizzler of a workout from the gorgeous forest trails near Long Strand Beach in Clonakilty, West Cork!

It's 12 tough minutes focusing on the legs and abs to get that heart rate up and have you feeling great for summer.

We work our way through six moves that are repeated twice...45 seconds work with 15 seconds rest.
