The PERFECT 8 Min At Home Chest Workout | NO EQUIPMENT (FOLLOW ALONG)

Drop everything and hit the ground for a KILLER 8 minute home chest workout (push ups only). Think you can't get an intense chest pump in under 10 minutes? Think again! Try your best to get through this intense push up workout.

Before we get started grab a dumbbell, block or something similar – we'll use it for uneven pushups. Also you'll need a chair, bench, couch (I'm using our @yeticoolers cooler) for incline and decline pushups.

Repeat this push up workout 2-3x per week to build your chest and triceps and to create sculpted pecs!

WORKOUT DETAILS

👉🏼 Duration: 8 Minutes
👉🏼 Equipment: A dumbbell or a block (for uneven push ups), a chair, bench or your couch (for elevated and decline push ups) and a mat.
