FUN 12 Minute Beach Workout!
We're back on Inchydoney Beach in West Cork for a fun 12 Minute beach workout.
Pace yourself throughout this as it gets a little intense!
The workout consists of six moves that are repeated twice. You work for 45 seconds and then rest for 15 seconds.
The six moves are:
1. Four Hops with Ground Touch
2. Squats with Open and Close Hands
3. Shuffle Touch and Hit the Ground
4. Push-up Position Side Step and Head Touch
5. Rolling Sit ups
6. Reaction Sprints
REPEAT
