12 Minute High Intensity Performance Push HIIT Workout / Properly Built

In this workout we kick it up a notch! Join Polina and I as we push ourselves through this high intensity interval workout for 12 minutes.

We complete two rounds of six exercises. Push yourself for 45 seconds and then rest for 15 seconds after each exercise.

The six exercises are: (Complete 2 rounds)

1. In and out legs
2. Thrusters
3. Half Burpees
4. Star Jumps
5. Spider Legs with shoulder tap
6. Sprints

You will feel the short rest allowed as we move through the exercises. Stick with us! This will help you increase your fitness by working your heart and muscles at a fast pace.
