Windows 11 Beta Build 26220.8680 (25H2 2606 Bundle): What's New?

Windows 11 25H2 build 26220.8680 is here for the Beta Channel, the final Beta build for the 2606 bundle with all the features that will ship to retail in the coming weeks.

Widgets has been improved significantly with a new icon, opening to the widgets page by default (and placing it above news feeds), taskbar open on hover and taskbar badges being disabled by default, the lock screen now only having Weather by default, adaptive quieting down, accent coloured taskbar badges, better performance, and better RAM usage. Point-in-time restore has returned to Beta, Low Latency Profile now works with app launch, and there are general improvements to File Explorer.
