Hip Rehab, Kayak Rolling 8 Weeks Post Op

Back into the kayak today 8 weeks post hip replacement, despite the conditions I felt confident it was time to try a roll.
Not the most stylish or technically correct but I was well pleased with the result. Roll on better weather and lack of Covid restrictions so we can get back out on the sea with the sea kayaks.
