A classic Cantonese dish that you cannot miss in Chinese restaurants known as Har Lok (Prawns). Slightly sweet and with its savoury sauce will have you lick off all the sauces from your fingers.
Har Lok Prawn (Cantonese Style)
Ingredients:
250g prawns
4 cloves garlic (peeled & chopped)
½ red chilli (chopped)
1 tsp light soya sauce
2 tbsp dark soya sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp shaoxing wine
½ tsp sugar
1 stalk scallion
4 tbsp corn oil
