Quick & Easy Stir Fried Udon (Japanese Noodles)
(For 2 persons)

Ingredients

3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic paste (or chopped)
150g chicken filet
8 pcs prawns
2 packets (Japanese) udon
150g soybean sprouts
1 1/2 tbsp soya sauce
2 eggs
1 stalk spring onion
½ tsp salt

Medium to high heat
