Upper Body Power Workout | No Repeat Dumbbell Strength + Ab Finisher

Get ready, team—this one’s all about upper body power!

We’re building serious strength, boosting your metabolism, and targeting your arms, shoulders, chest, and back with every move. This is traditional strength training at its best—with a fiery no-repeat format and a powerful ab finisher to seal the deal.

Workout Format:
– 17 Upper Body Moves | 50s Work / 20s Rest (No Repeat)
– 1-Minute Break
– 8 Core Finisher Moves | 40s Work / 10s Rest

Equipment Needed:
• Dumbbells (Michelle uses 8–30 lbs)
• Exercise Ball (for preacher curls)
• A Mat
• Your amazing body 💪
