WEEK 2 DAY 3
Welcome to your lean muscle building 4 week challenge. Today's focus is Shoulders and Thighs. The timer is set for 30 seconds, and aiming for 8-10 reps, which means we are going heavier than normal. The emphasis is on moving as much weight as possible to add strength!
Equipment needed: Dumbbells I'm using 12.5lb up to 20lbs, Bench/Stability Ball, Mini Resistance Band and Mat.
