25 MIN Dumbbell Full Body Workout - No Repeat

Technically no repeat but repetition on those muscles!! We have mostly compound movements to recruit as many muscles as possible with lots of variations throughout! This is broken down into lower body, upper body, compound, and core with 5 moves in each. Timer is set for 45 seconds work and 15 seconds to rest. This is NO REPEAT so go as heavy as YOU CAN!

I'm using 10lb up to 20lbs. If I was lifting at home some of the moves I would have gone heavier.😉
