How to Transfer / Forward Emails from Outlook to Gmail

Hey! Welcome to HOWZA channel! In today's lesson, you will learn how to transfer emails from Outlook to Gmail.
Open Outlook app.
Click on New Items at the top left corner of the window. Choose Contact from the list. Add the contacts name and email. Fill in other necessary information. Click on Save and close at the top left corner of the window.
Click on Rules at the top menu bar. Choose Create Rule from the list. Look for When I get an email with all of the selected conditions. Go to Send to option and choose the Gmail email you need from the list.
Click on Advanced options at the bottom right corner of the window. Check through the specified account option. Go to Step 2. Click on the Specified word. Choose the account in the pop-up window. Click Ok.
Click on Next. Check Forward it to people or public group. Go to step 2 and click on People or Public Group. Choose the account that you need from the list. Click on To. Click Ok. Click on Finish.
