How to Disable Automatic Paste Options Button in Word

Open Microsoft Word or the Word file you need.
When you copy and paste a text or an element in Microsoft Word you usually see the Paste options button pop-up. If you don’t want it to happen, we will show you how to disable this option.
Click on File at the top left corner of the window. Select Options at the bottom of the list. New window will open.
Select Advanced from the left side list. Look for Cut, Copy, and paste block. Uncheck Show Paste Options button when content is pasted. Click Ok to apply the changes.
You can enable the option if you want it back. Click on File at the top left corner of the window. New window will open. Select Options at the bottom of the list. New window will open.
